「Beautiful location!!!! Adequate parking, room was very clean, nice and cool. Delivered breakfast was a plus but the sandwiches & quiche lacked flavor. We still enjoyed the yogurt and juices!!」

「Upon check-out this morning I was informed that 3 other guests also complained about the dire conditions… My room had a damp feeling - took forever to feel dry after a shower, the floor felt tacky/dirty and was slippery, and who knows what was sprayed all over the headboard. Sad and grimy. No housekeeping - even when I requested it - so ran out of towels. The halls were never cleaned either. I never saw any evidence of an available breakfast and the bar was unmanned and so looked closed all the...

We were in the room for 5 minutes and immediately checked out. We were told we'd have to contact Expedia for the full refund. I have pictures to prove if needed.」
