"Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. When we arrived, the hotel staff provided us with a welcome drink (sparkling wine) while we waited to check in. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel's "Onsen" was excellent and very enjoyable. The private Onsen bath on our balcony was also lovely. We found the shuttle service directly from Odawara station to be very helpful and convenient. The free shuttle to and from Gora station was also very convenient and helpful. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to friends and family. I wish I had planned to stay an extra night."

"I couldn’t get over how amazing this place was. We went for our honeymoon and wish we stayed two nights instead of one. We got a room with the open air bath and a great view of Forrest Valley. It was beautiful, a much needed soak in the tub after walking for days. The staff is great and so friendly. We had dinner at their Teppanyaki restaurant which was the best dinner we’ve had in Japan. The next morning, we had a quiet stroll to Chisuji Falls and stumbled upon a beautiful garden on the way. We’re definitely coming back and staying longer in Hakone. PS. If you have tattoos, you will not be allowed in the public natural hot springs, bring a suit that will cover up or buy patches that I believe they sell there. Luckily, we had our own natural hot springs tub and were able to enjoy a nice soak. You must go!"

The souvenir shop gifts were diverse and unique. The dinner, breakfast and drum show was top-notch. The onsens were huge and gorgeous. The hotel is HUGE, I felt at times I had the hotel to myself at times. I would recommend this place to everyone visiting Mt. Fuji"
