Excellent service and didn’t want for anything with multiple restaurants, vending machine and onsite shop. Free bus to Kawaguchiko and Mt Fuji area from outside hotel. Buses to Tokyo less then 1 minute walk away. Highly recommend."

"We stayed here with our rental car to explore and see Fuji. We could walk to a lot of cool restaurants. Drinks in the hotel bar were nice with the view of the hotel grounds and mountains. "

Designed to be a resort, it is unnecessary to leave the property but they made everything in the area very easy to access. Common area and restaurants were very pleasant spaces to relax. "
