"Staff were very helpful and friendly. The manager was extremely understanding and helpful due to our room upon check in was extremely dirty. Hand prints all over the cabinets and head boards. Sheets had mold and hair all in them. The bathroom floor has hair along with foot marks. The hotel room doors didn’t shut fully. Room was described as ocean view and it was right near an extremely busy road. The carpet was full of crumbs. We didn’t end up staying not even 5 minutes and booked another hotel in downtown Newport instead."

"Location is fabulous. Down the road from Easton beaches. 10 minutes to Wharf/Thames St. area. Ideal home for our son's wedding; in and out for most of the time we were there. Great outdoor deck and patio - would have loved it to be a bit warmer. The spiral stair case to the upstairs area is ideal for kids or young adults. Host was very responsive. I would definitely come back."
