Location was great! Close to the beach and only 7 minutes from downtown Newport. Our room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the beach. The only downside I found was that TV could be a little bit bigger but no biggie and when you walk in the building it smells like cigarettes even thought ...

Dog Friendly Cottages w/ easy access to Newport, beaches, trails and vineyards
It was the perfect facility! Every amenity was covered. It is located near restaurants and shopping areas. Easy access to Rte. 138 with a traffic light! I highly recommend this spot for an easy and comfortable stay.
