「The property is three floors. Room 1 is on the bottom floor, underneath all of the stairs. We were on the third floor, thank goodness! The stairs are steep, and there are quite a few of them if you’re staying in Room 5 or 6. We were in Room 6. The room was small but nicely decorated. The rooms are also very close together, which didn’t feel particularly private. 「We miss the microwave the Inn used to have in the rooms. ‘Great having the cafe in the facility ~ wonderful breakfast! ~ but it used to be included in the room fee. :( Wonderful shower!! :) Bathroom could use a small shelf for guests’ toiletries. Always look forward to staying here but wish the rates hadn’t gone up so severely from one owner to the next. Inn is nice and close to great dinner restaurant (Choate Bridge) - very convenient!!」

「I gave three stars because the room and bed were amazing. The rest of the property needs updating. The community bathroom was broken. All amenities were across the street at a sister hotel. If I wanted to the amenities across the street I would’ve stayed there. Who wants to walk across the street to get breakfast? The jacuzzi jets were broken and it was barely warm and the cool dip was boarded up. Breakfast was horrible. Oreo yogurt, really? Eggs were inedible.」

「We had a really nice stay at the Grasshopper. It's centrally located on Main street in Qgunquit, and couldn't be nicer. The room was clean and comfortable, as was the whole property. We enjoyed the included breakfast each morning, the all day coffee bar, and the free bottles of water in the room fridge. 「Not a typical hotel room, our suite was very clean, lots of natural light, lots of room and very homey. The owner was a pleasure; very attentive to our needs, very hospitable and made us feel like family. I will definitely stay here again! It was a very nice experience and we will recommend it highly.」
