「Overall the stay was good. A little strange that the obky bathroom is located in the bedroom. Room was clean and cute. Easy communication with the host, easy check in and out」

「The property is very clean and new. You can’t beat a sunrise and ocean out the front and a sunset overlooking a marsh at night. This property is also at the quieter end of Hampton but a very close walk if you want more to do. I would definitely recommend it!」

It was not clear in the description of the property that persons with accessibility issues needed to be able to carry all of their belongings up and down a flight of stairs between the parking lot and the second floor unit. A window shade over a window facing the common porch was broken and not able to be hung, leaving anyone on the porch able to have full view inside the unit. This was a significant privacy issue and required hanging...
