Staff was helfpul and accomdating, especially because we had a 7am departure and breakfast wasn't until 8am - they gave us to-go breakfasts that we picked up on our way out. "The room was very clean. My flight got in Porto at 7 am and they were able store my luggage and give me a map of the city to go explore before my check-in time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great, I had the single room with Balcony that had a nice view of the river. I walked to and from the centre a couple times a day, even all the way to Gaia which was only a 30 min walk. I saw other reviews so I can prepared with earplugs, so noise was not an issue for me. "Highly recommended! Perfect location and the staff and service was definitely 5star. The breakfast staff and food was outstanding. The restaurant, Blind, was a once in a lifetime experience. You must opt for the wine pairing. The sommelier was awesome! We will stay here again when we visit Porto. "
