We loved our river-view room. The bed was comfy and the room was cozy. We only stayed for one night and had an early morning all-day Douro Valley tour so the woman at the desk offered to make us box lunches to take with us since we would miss breakfast that day. She also kindly allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel while we were on our tour.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. We would have appreciated more wardrobe space and tea/coffee making facilities in the room but it was adequate for the duration of our stay. What a lovely small hotel. Bruna was incredible, best service one could imagine. Room 4 looked out over the river with a sweet balcony and an so comfortable bed. Great breakfast and wonderful location as you can walk to most places. Cannot recommend it enough.
