I thought this hotel was perfect for families! The bunk bed rooms are ideal and a great use of space for our family of 4. The kids thought it was really fun and we had plenty of room for all. We also loved the rooftop pool and bar space, especially after a long day of touring around. It’s very family friendly and convenient. We were able to walk to several restaurants and had some fun shopping in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this hotel if you like staying away from city center...

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! And the restaurant had incredible food and service. Overall, this place is lacking in nothing. I plan to return again some day.

I loved the hotel, simple with comfy bed. The location is great, across the street is a hub for all the tours, downtown is less than a mile walk down nice street with expensive stores. The downtown is 20 min by walk, nice and quiet. There is a little market where you can get water , there is a refrigerator. Shopping mall 10 min walk on one street. If you are looking for a comfy bed, this is the place, taxi to airport at 3am 18 euro, regular time 10-15 euro, 15 -20 min ride

Our experience at this Vila was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. We were sat at the front desk and given orange juice while we waited to be checked in. The costumer service is amazing and everyone treated us like royalty. After checking in we were given a tour of the hotel which was beautiful and breathtaking (the photos online do not do this hotel justice). One of our most amazing experiences ever! This quaint new hotel checked all of the boxes. Clean, modern, amazing staff and perfect location, It is close to the airport and the center of town. We enjoyed several activities super close to the hotel. The staff made me feel so special they gave me a bottle of champagne and their native pastel de Nata for my birthday. Everyone there was very polite, their food was pretty decent. Even though everyone’s English was very good they were delighted that I spoke some Portuguese to them. Overall very positive stay. My only take away was the construction noise near by and the planes flying overhead.

Accommodations were excellent---a must stay upon return. Staff patient, knowledgable, inviting, and caring (especially "Diego"). OUTSTANDING breakfast. GREAT location. Close to waterways for landmarks, walks, photos, restraunts. Indoor pool and steam room unique---great place to end your day.

A great find with the price we paid! We were not having a high expectation with the price we paid. But we were surprised with what we got. The free parking space is huge even in American standard and I do not have to struggle to back in like in other places. The breakfast are wonderful and included! I loved my stay, everything was perfect. If you want quiet might not be the place for you as it’s right next to a fire department, you hear lots of alarms, I didn’t mind it at all although some might.

Very polite and helpful staff hotel and room excellent. Good food in the restaurant. fine choice of food at breakfast. Metro station outside the foyer bus stops nearby. We will use this hotel again when in Lisbon. We had a great week. thank you all!!

this hotel was perfect in every way , excellent location very clean and modern rooms in a 300 year old building . our room looked over a very busy street with a view of the famous arch . the street lined with restaurants was noisy with the window open but once closed we could not hear anything . very nice breakfast and the front desk people were very helpful and freindly . will stay here next visit
