「チェックイン方法について、「自ら連絡をするように」と書かれていたのに気が付かず、当日まで連絡を忘れていました。そのため、アパートメントに近づいてから連絡を試みることに。 しかし、予約時に受け取った電話番号に連絡をしたところ、電話がつながらない（応答しないのではなくて、電話番号がつかわれていない様子）。連絡先が分からず、施設の前で途方に暮れること15分くらいしたところで、たまたま部屋に入ろうとしている宿泊客に遭遇しました。そこで、その人に、施設オーナーの電話番号（知らされていたのとまったく違う！）を聞いて、連絡をとれ、やっとチェックインできました。 そもそも部屋の番号やパスワードが必要なのにメールで連絡してきてくれないこと自体、オペレーションに疑問を感じる。また、電話が通じないのは本当に困った。」

「This apartment was fantastic. Exceeded my best expectations. The living space was large enough to accommodate 2 very comfortable twin beds, a dining room table and chairs, a kitchen nook that had a stove top, oven, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, etc, dishes, glasses, silverware, lots of cooking utensils etc, small refrigerator, dishwasher and just about anything you might need.
