"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the restaurant served top-quality, delicious food. The beach was clean and perfect for relaxing. We especially love the location - at the very end of the area and crowds. If you're looking for a quite, peaceful place to unwind, this resort is perfect."

"The Island Resort was okay. When there was enough staff to help, they were typically crabby or rude. Maybe they thought we we're spring breakers? It made the whole trip less enjoyable. The rooms were livable (cleanliness wise), but don't expect a sterilized environment. Before you book, call to make sure the Grotto Pool is open. It was drained for repairs upon our arrival and got shut down when asked about it. "

"We love staying at the Hilton however this past experience was not so great. The staff upon checkout were all rude and showed a bit of racism and favoritism. Never expected that because in the past it was always a pleasurable experience. The room was awesome except for the shower door wouldn't close properly without lifting up on it and the hot water wasn't working properly. Checking out made this stay very disappointing. Your staff needs to work on their customer service. Courtesy and kindness is key. The view was breath taking.l "
