All the staff from reception , bar , restaurant and parking were all very helpful and knowledgeable. "Excellent location and great views but amenities were lacking, air conditioning was not working due to seasonal operations which led to uncomfortable sleeping situation. Electrical options for plug in devices was old, no usb ports. Had to request toilet paper as it was not replenished when room was cleaned, the suite has a lot of space but a very small flat screen tv that didn’t offer any other languages other than Italian, Place feels old and is in need of some updating. With some upgrades...

"This one is a hidden gem! If you are lucky enough to find this place and read the reviews, look no further! This place is amazing...a bit of a trek to get to outside of Sorrento but well worth it! Sara was so amazing and speaks 5 or 6 languages so getting info from her was super easy and she was so helpful! The views are amazing, the restaurant great and the location very convenient for Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi or Capri plus you take the city bus into Sorrento and then the metro to Pompeii....
