The house has 220 m2, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, which makes it perfect for 6 people. There is one room with a double bed, while the other two have two single beds.
This cosy villa is practical and functional. It is the perfect choice is you want a relaxing holiday. In the living room you will be able to have a little nap or watch satellite TV. The kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: coffee machine, gas stove, electric oven, fridge and a lot more. Of course you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the patio you will have uncovered space to park at least 3 cars.
The outdoor is really beautiful. Go outside and have a tempting BBQ with your family, swim in the pool, have a coffee in the terrace or just lie down in one of the sun beds and relax. The private pool is 6 x 3 meters large.
The house is 20 km away from Palma centre and 800 m from the centre of town Santa Maria del Camí. In this town you will find everything you might need during your holiday: supermarket, surgery, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. Santa Maria is a lovely little town with 6.500 inhabitants. There are restaurants and bars with terrace that are the perfect place to have a summer meal and drink some local wine from the surrounding vineyards. Every Sunday morning, from 8am until 3pm there is a local market in town (you will find it in “Plaça Nova”), where you can buy a great variety of fresh products.
Just 20 minutes by car will take you to Platja de Palma and in 30 minutes you can get to Port de Sóller, one of the most charming villages in Mallorca. You can drive through the most amazing villages of Serra de Tramuntana or spend a sunny day in one of the numerous coves that you will find along the UNESCO World Heritage Site. In this area you will find good restaurants with stunning views!

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
