「Gerry was so friendly and solicitous ~ I appreciated the sparkling water he offered and his general affability after a very long day of family and driving. The room was exactly what I'd hoped for: Clean, quiet, and convenient to everywhere I needed to go. Beautiful and safe neighborhood. I will definitely return the next time I travel alone.」

「Cozy on the slightly cramped side. Ok for a quiet getaway not too far from the ocean. Check tide charts if you plan on enjoying the beach. Great host with excellent communication. 」

「Sweet little cottage, comfortable for four adults. Everything was clean and ready for us, and we were very comfortable. I was worried about parking the car, but my ordinary sedan fit in the drive with no trouble. We felt safe and relaxed here. (Listing didn’t mention an iron and board but it was there when we needed it!) I can’t think of a thing to improve.」

「Martha was an amazing host and attentive to all our needs. Her cottage is a perfect little spot to stay for exploring Santa Barbara and surrounding areas. The outdoor space is great and neighborhood is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!」

「My wife and I really liked this property because of the fenced in yard with hot tub and putting greens. Given we had two kids under 3, they needed to be able to run when we were there. My three year old loved calling the loft his bedroom! Would stay there again.」
