"I was staying in Tokyo for my abroad program but during vacation I went on a solo trip to Osaka and this hotel was amazing in every way! Plenty of shops nearby, transportation is convenient with plenty of stations leading to different areas if needed. If you’re willing to walk a minimum of 15 minutes you can make it anywhere from any station."

Great location, so close to Universal and the train station, very clean and great amenities but I just was not a fan. I found the staff much friendlier and more helpful at budget hotels plus I had the worst sleep at this hotel due to other noisy hotel guests. The rooms definitely need more soundproofing!"
