"The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were polite, helpful and professional throughout my stay. The location was excellent and very convenient for transport, shops and restaurants. The room was quiet and comfortable, and everything worked well. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers."

Location is convenient with 24/7 convenient stores just downstars, 10 mins of walk to major train station and restaurants that opens til very late just nearby."

"This hotel is in a nice neighborhood and is minutes away from the Shin-Osaka train station which was important for us. It is also located right next to a Lawson convenience store which came in handy. Our room was very clean and had a corner view. The downsides are the flooring is not carpet, so we can hear the footsteps from the room above us or when they move their table stools around. I’m a light sleeper so any bit of noise wakes me up. Also, there is lack of storage and no safe. Luckily, we didn’t bring any valuables with us and for storage we placed our luggages under the beds. We had to improvise on the way we accessed our daily outfits in advance. Other than that it was a nice hotel."

"Amazing hotel!!! We stayed four nights and it was the best hotel of our trip to Japan! The location and all the amenities were fantastic : the incredible breakfast, the happy hour with free wine, drinks and food. It really feels like a luxurious hotel. The only con is the size of the room but it shouldn't stop you from choosing this hotel. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very beautiful. I would go back without thinking."

"Breakfast is good if not great. The room I stayed is very clean. However, if you take a huge suitcase or more than two, I wouldn't recommend staying there because rooms are very small. I wish that they consider removing the massage chairs from some rooms .."
