"Relatively a 3 star hotel at Osaka Station. Location wise good for travelling as it is in central station area. Diamaru / Hankyu bid department stores nearby. However one thing I am not so pleased with is hotel Engineering Department is closed during night time as I have a choked in bathtub and no one can come and have to change my room. Breakfast a bit tired if you are staying for more than 5 days because there is no change in menu for the breakfast buffet each day."

"If you like a fantastic breakfast, this is a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Our room was comfortable and it is located as an easy walk between Yodoyabashi Station and Osaka Station. The location is perfect for those not craving the wild lifestyle. Its calm. My only regret was that we did not use all the hotels amenities until the last part of our 5 night stay. The onsen was good, and there is a tea and coffee bar on the second floor with the best teas I have ever had. Laundry facilities took ¥100 yen coins (easy if you do not have an electronic wallet)."

"Nice hotel, conveniently located near Shin-Osaka Station. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with good beds, a washing machine, and all the amenities we needed. As we were staying on one of the higher floors, we also had a lovely view over the city. Breakfast was very good and plentiful, with the famous takoyaki (octopus balls) and other local specialities to try. We were also able to leave our luggage at reception for a couple of days while travelling to another city, which was incredibly convenient."
