"We had a lovely stay at Candeo Hotels Osaka. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from our room, especially getting to watch the fireworks at night. We also loved the rooftop spa! It had a sauna, indoor and outdoor baths, which gave us different options to relax after a long day of exploring. It was nice to have our own little spa experience without leaving the comfort of our hotel. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time in Osaka!"

Hotel Intergate Osaka Umeda

"The intergate Osaka Umeda has really good rooms with a kettle and fridge but it is hard to get coffee to make your own in the room. They do have a good guest lounge with free coffee available (among other things) much of the day but have a strange policy that because of this coffee (bags) are only available after 8PM. But you have to beg! Other than this, the hotel is well located, very close to Osaka station (not The Bullettrain station though) and heaps of bar/restaurant precincts close by."

"We’ve stayed here a few times and always enjoy it. The location is good, very close to Shin-Osaka station, the staff are always helpful, everything is clean and we like the big communal baths and sauna. Depending on which room you go for, the views of Osaka city are great too"

"호텔은 사진에 나와 있는 거고 실제로 들어가면은 더 작게. 느껴지실 겁니다. 있을 건 다 있지만은 몸집이 크거나 혹은 혹은 일행이 집이 많으면 비좁은 객실에서 불편을 느낄지 모릅니다. 가장 좋은 건 혼자나 커플이 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 그리고 친하지 않은 사람끼리 묻게 되면 민망한 모습도 보게 되실 겁니다. 아침은 비교적 괜찮은 편입니다. 오차찍게 다양하게 여러 가지 드실 수 있습니다. 고등어 구이 강추하고요. 요거트 맛있습니다. 샐러드 괜찮 신선한 편입니다. 다만 아쉬운 건 일본이 과일 값이 비싸서 과일이든 거의 나오지 않습니다. 커피 향이 괜찮고 우유와 섞어서 드시면 좋은 맛을 냅니다. 아침 부피에 올라가신다면 창가 쪽은 너무 일찍 가면 눈이 부실 겁니다. 산쪽은 괜찮고요. 9시 넘어서 가면 바다 쪽도 괜찮은 편입니다. 방이 좁지만 안마 의자가 있는데 안마 의자를 반드시 사용해보세요. 피로에 회복에 도움이 됩니다. 특히 장단지 쪽 마사지 상당히 유용한 안마 의자입니다."

"As soon as we walked in to the check in area we were greeted by an amazing staff. They treated us like royalty, did the checking-in in less than 5 minutes. We knew this place was amazing the minute we walked in the main entrance. All my questions were answered by the staff who spoke some English and went above and beyond to help me. The whole building is extremely kept up, very modern, VERY VERY CLEAN! It’s so quiet and peaceful in the whole building. The location is great! As soon as you walk out you are in the middle of restaurants, stores and Lawsons right in front! We will definitely stay here again next year. We booked our stay with breakfast for the 4 days here. The food was good, we were not used to eating fish, sushi, chicken and salad for breakfast so on our first morning this caught us by surprise but we accepted it and enjoyed our meals every morning. You can definitely skip breakfast here if you like and get something right outside at the convenient stores. We enjoyed our breakfast here but noticed other tourists not too fond of it. This would not change our five star rating! We loved this play and will definitely be back. BOOK IT, You won’t regret it!"
