"The elevator took too long every time we used it. It was frustrating. Room was smaller than expected. The room was clean. Also at check-in they had to search for a room, in which we reserved months ahead of time"

"The resort is beautiful and maintained with the highest standards. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating The resort is located very close to all major activities. Close to the airport and visitor sites. I would return again in the future. It was a very memorable experience"

Staff was OK some nicer than others. The beach view. My daughter had her wedding in Hawaii and they gave her a handicap room with a broken side glass door said she could not go out on the balcony, which was true she could not even open the door. Had work going on. Sounded like a jackhammer all day. Terrible terrible. She ordered the deluxe room not a handicap room."
