"Cleanliness was excellent, staff helpful and services great, spa exceptional, communal areas very clean, bed and bedding wonderfully clean and pillows comfy, slept very well, I would say rooms need updating that is why they didn’t get 5 starts for this, there was lots of damage, plugs hanging off wall and with a child it was worrying, it could be exceptional with a little bit of care and attention as the spa is beautifully decorated, breakfast was great, dining area lovely and clean and shops...

"pros: It's at downtown so that you can walk anywhere easily including bus stops, restaurants, cafes etc. If you pick a room with sea view, it's a gorgeous view of the black sea. cons: I was told the breakfast was at 7am but when I was down there at that time there was no breakfast so I paid extra for the breakfast for nothing! The shower was problematic and there was no chair to sit on when I wanted to work with my laptop."

"Our stay was pleasant. The bed was comfortable and shower was hot and powerful. It is in a good location close to the beach. We got breakfast every morning which included bread with cheese, some meet, Nutella, honey and marmalade and olives. It was very tasty plus coffee. We paid 150TL each per day for breakfast. The staff were lovely and let us leave our bags in a room near reception on our last day until we were leaving. They also have a friendly dog Leo who greets all guests."

"i arrived to this hotel late night after a very long trip hoping for just a few hours of rest ! in the room when i tried to turn on the air condition, I realized that it's not working and even the AC switch is missing so I went downstairs and explained this for the receptions, and they said their condition is broken. I even asked for a fan to be able to survive the very hot night and they refused so all night I couldn't sleep because of the heat and humidity in the room and early morning I left...
