"Truly exceptional from start to finish.
Our stay at Raffles Istanbul was flawless in every way. The room was absolutely stunning—spacious, serene, and beautifully designed with an incredible attention to detail. The heated bathroom floors were such a luxurious touch, especially after the spa, and everything from the lighting to the finishes felt intentional and elevated. The entire space felt calm, refined, and incredibly comfortable.
The spa experience was unforgettable. My Husband and I did the hammam together, and it was hands down one of the best we’ve ever had. The women who performed our treatments were absolutely amazing—so skilled, attentive, and nurturing. I truly wish I remembered their names because they deserve special recognition. The ritual was deeply relaxing, grounding, and beautifully executed, leaving us both feeling completely renewed.
A huge heartfelt shout-out to Kutay, the Concierge Manager. He was incredibly personable and genuinely caring, with a rare talent for making you feel instantly at home. His warmth, thoughtfulness, and seamless communication elevated our entire stay and made every experience effortless.

"The room was spotless and neat. We had everything we needed. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Reception was very helpful and met our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel and the room with a city view. Everyday we awoke to a beautiful view of a mosque like structure. We were in close proximity to food and local stores and two of the largest shopping malls that I’ve seen. Loved the gym, sauna and pool. We utilized these facilities on a daily basis with ease and comfort. When I return to Istanbul, I will be staying here again. "
