Best hotel I have stayed for a long time

Everything was great. Hotel was new and well maintained. There was no noise problem. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good. All the staff were nice, kind and always helpful. I am glad I stayed at Melas Hotel and I will stay there when I visit Istanbul again.

Great location. Nice, warm and modern atmosphere. Joyful yet highly respectful personel. Perfect for business trips. If the view that your room has is not a matter than this is anfine choice tondtay. Wouldn't think twice to book again!

i have booked one night only in this hotel with my brother. me and him went to out to some pubs and clubs (I mean, it was Friday night and we are in our 20s) and we came back at 3 AM. it was not very nice when the cleaning ladies started to knock at our door at like 10 because she had to clean the room, thus weaving us up in a not so nice way. as far as the rest is concerned, it is a nice structure with parking and in a central position.

Not convenient for car driving and family. We needed to wait for the barriers to be left every time we are coming back to the hotel as there was no guards or officer attending the barrier. The spa isn’t suitable for a family as the pool is on one side and the changing rooms are on a far way other side. Between them you will cross the gym, barbar and reception were people would watch you from top to bottom with no privacy at all. Ony 4 or 5 places to leave your towels by the pool in such a busy place were people come from the gym to swim. I hated the smoking smell I found every night in my bathroom when I need to go to the loo. It has affected my pregnant wife and toddler as well. It is not a hotel for a holiday as such. Work possibly if you’re single or on your own and do not mind smelling smoking everywhere. I must thank the staff for the BD card and little cake. It’s so kind of you.

We liked the hotel, best part was BREAKFAST. Super good food, great selections and always hot. The room we got was clean with city view. The only downside was that on the 5th floor their main hallway carpet was super dirty and smelled ( which is easy to fix) . Other than that, we liked Melas and most likely come back and stay with them again.. thank you .
