My only concern was that I was told I had breakfast was included but when the check out time came I was told that I owed ridiculous amount of money saying that I owed that. It’s hard to explain when someone says something then you realize it wasn’t that. I don’t know if they end up charging me because I was running late to the airport after going back and forth with the lady.

I wanted a kettle in my room. I wish they had told me in advance that there wouldn’t be a cleaning service on the second day. It’s possible they did explain it, but maybe I just didn’t listen carefully enough to understand.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit komfortablen Zimmern. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend und unkompliziert. Das Personal war freundlich und der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr angenehm. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Wir waren 7 Tage mit Kind und Kegel hier. Pool ist auch Mega die Kinder und wir hatten sehr viel Spaß

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel as usual. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, and always happy to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, making for a very relaxing stay. The location was excellent, with everything I needed close by, and the facilities were of a high standard. The breakfast was fresh and had a great variety of options with excellent room service. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future. I had a wonderful 5 days stay at the Hyatt Centric Leven Istanbul. The hotel was super clean. The amenities were amazing especially the gym. And the staff, especially the front desk staff Mr. Mehmet, go above and beyond to fulfill customers’ requests and issues. Definitely when I come back to Istanbul I will stay at Hyatt Centric.
