Firstly, to thank you to the amazing front of desk and cleaning staff for making this a pleasant stay. Very clean property and cleaned daily to an amazing standard. King room was great and had all that was necessary. Cosy bed, quiet room, it was just brilliant. Location is excellent as well

The hotel was perfectly located with lots of bars and restaurants around. Getting around was easy with a taxi rank outside and also a metro close by. The rooms were comfortable and clean and we appreciated the complimentary water, tea and coffee. The staff were extremely warm, welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Istanbul!

In addition to a central location (a 1-minute walk to Instiklal Street and a 10-minute walk to Galata Tower), we commend the staff (Dogu, Mustafa, and Berk) for their exceptional professionalism, hospitality, and willingness to go above and beyond. We loved our stay at The Westist, a beautiful, artistic boutique hotel, and will definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay in the Westist hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. I took advantage of some of their excellent restaurant recommendations. The room and bed were comfortable and I also enjoyed the free sauna. The location is also good, central and near to several sights. There are dozens of great restaurants and cafes very near, and a major pedestrian shopping street. Only downside was the noise from outside; there's a bar restaurant opposite playing music and people being loud to late night. There were also some loud clanging or construction noises 4am one morning. I understand the hotel can't control what goes on outside but maybe consider installing soundproofed windows. Earplugs helped a little.

I thank you sincerely for recommending an early airport transfer. It absolutely saved us today! The hotel was conveniently located, clean and modern. I can definitely recommend it to everyone visiting istanbul! There is a bit of noise during the night due to its central location in one of the most alive areas of the city, but it does not spoil the overall experience.

A very good experience overall. The rooms were clean, with thorough daily housekeeping. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the property has a great location right in the middle of everything. There’s no breakfast facility, but that’s not an issue since there are plenty of options nearby. The massage and Turkish bath facilities were excellent — a real highlight of the stay. One small note: you can hear some street noise before midnight, which is understandable given the central location, but things quiet down nicely after that. Overall, highly recommended.

An excellent three-star hotel, fantastically located. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and really responsive. I had a query at the time of booking which was quickly answered and there was a minor issue with my room which was quickly resolved. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Room was well soundproofed - certainly heard no noise from the rooms either side. WIFI speeds were excellent. I had a very comfortable stay and would happily recommend to others.

The location of this hotel is perfect, located just steps away from a main shopping road. Galata tower is also only a 10 minute walk away with plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafes in between. Sinem was so lovely and helpful, giving many suggestions of where to visit and going above and beyond to give excellent hospitality. They were even able to set up a private transfer to and from the airport for a very fair price. This was a great stay for my first time in Istanbul!
