坂が苦にならないなら場所は便利

計5泊滞在しました。事前に依頼していなかったので仕方ないのですが、バスタブ付きの部屋に変更をお願いしたがダメで残念でした。朝食の種類も多く、清掃もしっかりされていて良かったです。 ただロケーションが坂の途中にあり、歩道も歩き難く、徒歩で移動する人には少し辛いです。旧市街なので仕方ないですが。

チェックアウトを14時まで無料で延長していただけて良かった。事前にお願いしてなかったのですが、バスタブ付きの部屋に変更をお願いしたが対応してもらえず残念でした。5泊したので途中からでも対応して欲しかった。部屋の設備、清掃、朝食は良かったです。あと、空港往復にはメトロとトラムを利用したのですが、石畳の坂で、スーツケースを運ぶのは辛かったです。

We had a lovely experience, could not have asked for more from the staff and the rooms. Good shower, good ac, storage, great location to be able to walk to most of the Sultanahmet attractions. Breakfast spread was very good with eggs, breads, dips, salad, fruits etc..and especially attentive and friendly staff throughout our whole stay. From check in to check out and very handy luggage storage and able to borrow umbrellas for the rainy days. Thank you, would recommend and would definitely stay again.

This hotel is in an excellent location if you are a first time visitor to Istanbul. It is a 5 minute walk from Sultanhamet Square and a few minutes walk to catch the T1 tram. There are an abundance of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The staff are very kind and accommodating. The room is good value for money and the breakfast caters for all palates. Also, lots of cute cats all around.

It’s a well served with many places of interest close by. We thank Rabia for being so helpful in finding an alternative room for us. Good quality varied items on the Breakfast is also good thing about the hotel. Just a note to first time visitors Istanbul terrain is hilly with most of the inside pebble roads you need to think about proper foot wear for walking.

The hotel was situated in an excellent location. It was 5minutes walk to the Blue and Sophia mosque. The grand bazar was also a 5min walk. The location is perfect lots of food and local ammenties. The rooms however are quiet small.but the location is brilliant. Breakfast is simple qnd basic but again the location makes up for it

Our family of six stayed at Aprilis Deluxe for a total of six nights. The hotel was clean and conveniently located for visiting the Blue and Hagia Sofia mosques, Sultan Ahmet square, Grand Bazar and Topkapi palace. These are just a 15 min walk from the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff on Reception and in the Restaurant were always very helpful and served us with a smile. There was plenty of choice for breakfast which was included in the hotel rate. We all had a great time and no hesitation in returning to this hotel or recommending it. There are couple of small point which can easily be addressed - The hair dryer could have been bit more powerful and duet on the double beds were not wide enough cover 2 persons. Overall, thank you for your good service.

Todo estuvo bien con el hotel, lo único es que yo pedí 2 camas individuales y cuando llegamos no tenían sino una matrimonial. Después que nos molestamos porque habíamos reservado individuales, enviaron a una persona y arreglaron un poco la situación

The standout feature of this hotel was the staff. Helpful, efficient, courteous, and always friendly and welcoming. Location was excellent for the key tourist sites and there are quite a few good places to eat nearby. The rooftop bar had no barman so wasn't operating, though you could get drinks in the lobby and take them up there. The 'garden room' was disappointing, but technically I think it was outside, with a cover over it. Airport collection service was very good. Breakfast buffets we excellent, as were the breakfast staff. Room was very comfortable and adequately spacious for two. Shower was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you all the Aprilis staff :-)

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, y el personal es sumamente amable, nos permitieron dejar una maleta mientras fuimos dos días a Capadocia, hacer el checking desde las 10 am que llegamos y el desayuno estuvo muy rico. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was tasty and varied. The hotel is a little away from the main area, but still conveniently located near a tram stop (Tram 1). Unfortunately, there were two things I wasn’t happy with. First, our room had very limited natural daylight because it faced a backyard with a dark artificial wall just a few metres away. Second, the twin beds were too narrow for my comfort.
