Beautiful boutique hotel. Attentive staff. And we slept well. Make sure to visit the top floor terrace! Solid free breakfast buffet in the back garden in a greenhouse style room with assortment of cheeses, borek, eggs, salads and more. Coffee was extremely basic but no big deal. Tea was adequate.

Amazing! Stayed for one night. No elevator but the staff was incredibly helpful with carrying bags up. Beautiful breakfast area, clean room, great AC. Fantastic!

The hotel is in a perfect location for walking to all the tourist areas, but it is quiet at night time for sleeping. Staff was very helpful, friendly. Free breakfast was very good and nice when you could sit in the solarium. And you must give hugs/kisses to their lovely hotel cat Bella! We will stay there again when we come to Istanbul area.

Staff was kind and attentive. The room was not what was expected from the pictures advertised. If you are looking for an affordable short stay then this is the right place, good location easy access by foot and public transportation 5min walk away. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were so flat and even 3 pillows were not enough. Keep in mind the hotel is in an area with a lot of tour busses passing by picking tour groups up so if in a cab or Uber you may be caught in a lot of traffic. When calling for airport ride give an extra 30mins because they WILL be late due to traffic.

Everything in this hotel is perfect. the staff, location, cleaning, breakfast, air conditioning. Since day one everyone in the hotel welcomed me like if I was part of them and were always making sure that I was enjoying my stay, all of the main mosques are steps from there, the bazaars, the stores, restaurants, the Bósforo. Totally recommend! Thank you so much Alilass team!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location is perfect, with many famous attractions within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh Turkish and international dishes. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the location is why we chose this hotel. It is a few min walk from Hagia Sophia and all the other things to visit as a tourist. The hotel itself is small but cozy. The front desk staff is friendly, but at times I felt like there was a language barrier. They didn't always seem to understand what we were asking if we had any questions. But they were kind enough to organize our airport transfer. The breakfast was adequate, it's in the cute garden which is a nice touch. And we never had a problem with hot water running out in the shower so that was nice. One thing to note, our room was very tiny and water spills out all over the bathroom floor when you shower. The toilet also stopped flushing our 1st day there but the staff was quick to fix it. The walls are also very thin. You could literally hear your next door neighbor use the bathroom, sneeze, couch etc. I always carry ear plugs for my travels so I had to use that because it was loud at night. I would stay here again due to the location and the price.

Room was small, but we only stayed there for 1 night, so it was good enough. Room/ bathroom were clean. They have covered terrace and quality of breakfast surprised us greatly, especially because it was included in the price. Lots of choices of freshly made food, great service and cozy environment.
