The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We spent a week in Istanbul and found our hotel to be an oasis from the business of the city. The breakfast had such an assortment of delicious foods and coffees, and the restaurant staff were very attentive.

Fabulous stay, very comfortable! Very clean accommodation and staff very helpful. Breakfast was nice but there are other places you should try. Ask the locals for recommendations. Evening food not so good to be avoided. Great trip!

Great location with wonderful staff and very nice rooms. A nice breakfast on the roof overlooking the Bosphorus, which was incredible. Hotel also has a dinner restaurant on the roof. Easy walk to Hagia Sophia and the blue mosque, and about 10-15 minutes walk from metro transit. Staff were extremely helpful with my stay including transferring my bags between rooms and helping with a very early checkout. Pool, sauna, and steam room were great. The truly only thing I did not like was the massage at the spa itself— I would not get a massage there again, but otherwise 10/10 stay.

We had 4 nights stopover in Istanbul and the staff was super helpful to plan our last minute adventures, like sunset cruise, private guides, private transfers and recommendations for dining and spa. Restaurants staff, resection and housekeeping all friendly and helpful. Thanks to them we got to see what Istanbul had to offer in such a short time.

The hotel was nicely located, only 5 minutes away from Sofia and Blue Mosque. There were many restaurants around the corner, and T1 was in walking distance, we used it often and walked along the line to the shopping area. The hotel offered very good airport transfer, 60 euro for two people in a very nice car was worth, we used both ways. The staff were very polite and helpful, we loved Hammam service in the hotel, so good and we wished we could do more. The room was in good size and clean,
