It was a clean and very well designed hotel. They have welcoming warm atmosphere. All I complain is expensive breakfast price! Other than that it was a great hotel.

Everything's was great. Stuff is really friendly and let me check out later including holding my things for half a day before my very late flight. Food is good and not overpriced. Also pool and sound are really good to. Great location close to Istanbul mall and Mahmutbay Metro. Also pharmacy is just around the corner, good if one comes for medical tourism like I did.

I wouldn't call this hotel 5 stars. The rooms are okay, average at best. The pool, sauna and steam room are fine. Housekeeping staff are very hospitable and helpful, but front desk staff, not so much. Also located relatively far from public transport (though knew this before booking) and not too far from the airport.

My stay at the Clarion Hotel Istanbul was pleasant overall. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, but the bathroom was a major disappointment. The shower was in poor condition. Amenities such as the fitness center and restaurant were convenient and added to the experience. The staff were generally courteous and helpful, responding promptly when I needed assistance.

I googled hotels near Istanbul International Airport. And was given this property. Turns out this property is 30 minutes from airport. Staff were not helpful to assist in getting hotel closer to International. Requested wake up call -- Did not happen Was called by hotel staff at MIDNIGHT inquiring if I wanted breakfast box.

This is not a 5 star hotel. I have traveled to 36 countries and I know what it means to stay in a 5 star hotel. Property is old. Power outlets (including USB) not working and hotel staff definitely aware of this. Beds are old, carpets are badly stained, location definitely not convenient. I would stay elsewhere next time.

Checked into here for 1 night and never again. We were given a room on the 10th floor and it was like a sauna. After speaking to reception I was told that the air-conditioning is swiched off in the winter and we should open the window. Even with the window open all night the temperature remained at 22-23 degrees. The hotel staff were not bothered and didint care. STAY AWAY.
