We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson. We liked that it’s within walking distance to many shops, Grand Bazaar and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again if we go back. The only downside is the AC could’ve been a bit colder, I don’t think it was working properly. The amenities in the bathroom was not refilled when emptied.

Check out time was 12, we had two rooms, it was 15 till noon and someone was outside our rooms, told us to get out. She entered one of our rooms and told my family to leave immediately. Then the lady stood outside our other room next door, with a straight face. I had to talk to the front desk about this outrageous attitude and treatment.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making my experience smooth and enjoyable. Their dedication to excellent service really stood out and made a positive impression.
