An Awesome place and wonderful people

I love this place. I love it because it’s near the ocean, safe, reliable and amazing customer service from all employees. I am grateful for the great hospitality of the service workers like Gilberto, Maria, Guillermo, Ariana, Ivan, Paul, Manuel y Giovanni. I enjoyed how accommodating and comfortable my stays were especially during the December/ January holidays!

San Quintin Stay

The hotel was nice. The road from highway was unusual, since it’s away from the main road and dirt, but once you are near you see the beach. Beautiful beach sand. The food was surprisingly very good and prepared well. I would go back. Went kayaking and hiked one of the volcanoes.

We stayed at our favorite hotel longer than expected because a hurricane closed the road. But we love everything about this place! The comfortable rooms, the friendly service, and the excellent food - all at a very reasonable price. The only problem was loss of internet due to storm. However, we had a smart phone with full access so it wasn’t critical.

The food was terrible. My steak was very thin and overcooked. My wifes crab dish used very small crab claws and were also overcooked and difficult to eat. It had a slightly burnt taste to it. The waiter simply said that the way it is always cooked. The breakfast was also disappointing. Cold eggs imporperly cooked with cold bacon. We picked this location because of the on-site restaurant - when it disappoints we never return.
