「I never write reviews, but I need to in this matter. The hotel exterior is beautiful. The decorations are beautiful, that said. On vacation what matters most is a good bed and pillows to rest and good breakfast if paid and included. Neither is provided. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable, it’s just plain old and the pillows are too. The thermostat does not work, cold or hot. The shower is big enough for one medium size woman .The breakfast has three hot items, watered scrambled eggs, beans,...

「we stayed in room 115. shower was tiny and uncomfortable」

「The staff were all kind and we felt very comfortable even with small children. The view is fantastic and you can enjoy seafood in the hotel restaurant as well.」

「Ok」

「We loved our 1 week stay! The staff was caring, kind, courteous, friendly and very helpful ! The hotel was beautiful, clean, with nice pool and had great views! Thank you !! Nita」

「Although hotel is located up in the hills, the property offers a free shuttle bus from the closest station and the scenery from the hotel was spectacular, so great! Room was very spacious and clean - better than posted pictures in Expedia! I highly recommend and hope to visit there again! Hotel staff also tried to talk us in Japanese so also recommendable to Japanese」

「Todo limpio y personal muy amable」

「We stayed in the terrible hotel for 3 nights. it was nightmare. Our room was Double premier room - not cheep but it was very noisy as the upstairs is restaurant. You have to stand the clatter noise of chairs from 6am to 10pm. it was ludicrous ! The hotel is located far from the central so you have to get a taxi for dinner.」
