"We were in town for an event on Nob Hill so the location was perfect. Hadn't bee to the Top of the Mark in years so it was fun to have a sunset cocktail and enjoy the amazing view. The staff were great and the room was comfortable (also with a great view). There was a minor issue with the bathroom door which couldn't be closed properly. All in all, an enjoyable San Francisco experience."

"I don't know what I was expecting but this hotel has a beautiful old world charm. Even though things were 'dated' it was still well kept. The hotel was clean, quiet, it felt safe, and the staff were SUPER friendly. "

"Great location near Union Square. Our room was clean and well appointed. Staff was excellent. Parking check in was slow but we arrived at a busy time. Nice that they have valet option with in/out privileges. Although there is no restaurant on site, they have made arrangements with several restaurants nearby to offer discounts. Just show your keycard. Nice touch! We have another favorite place to stay in SF. "
