"I had a very pleasant stay at ibis Styles Bangkok. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained, with a fresh and colourful design throughout. My room was compact but comfortable, with a good bed, strong air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and efficient at check-in and always willing to help with directions or taxis. Breakfast offered a good selection and was well organised. I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops nearby. Overall, this is a solid mid-range hotel offering good value for money. I would stay here again and would recommend it to travellers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a convenient base in Bangkok."

The customer service was amazing especially poy the lady that helped with directions and walking us to the tuk tuk into the city for some shopping. The manager for food and beverage Yuth was so insightful and a hands on when it came to food suggestions such exceptional service , Alex the night front manager was very helpful and kind to all our needs . "Clean, spacious room with an amazing view of the cityscape of Bangkok. Within 15 minutes’ walk of the ginormous “Central World” shopping centre. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had the international buffet breakfast on our first morning and it was delightful. It’s a very big hotel but was peaceful and orderly and we loved our stay here. "
