"While we stayed there for one night for a concert it was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. We arrived at 3pm, a young man checked us in we went to our room dropped all of our stuff off and left around 5pm for the concert. When we arrived back at 11:50pm we could not enter our room since our key cards weren’t working. We went back down stairs to find out the same gentleman who gave us our room also PUT ANOTHER PERSON IN IT. The individuals luckily were nice and honest people. I left my purse and all my belongings in my room and so did my significant other including his wallet with the assumption that our stuff is safe in our hotel room. Guess not, these other people went into our room with a key card given to them by the hotel staff and turned around went back down stairs and advised the staff of the situation. Had it been someone else they could have stolen all of our stuff! There was no heat no matter how much we turned the heat up and our key cards stopped working multiple times so we had to go back down and get new ones. Will never ever stay at these hotels again. Terrible. "

"The good was the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in shower was good and it’s close to the airport. This hotel could use some updating and there are too many things to mention here. Outside parking lot area in in real rough shape. Many complained about the water pressure in the shower, mine was good although the last day the water was only lukewarm at best. I was there 4 nights and never did have anyone clean or restock toilet paper. The toilet started running and wouldn’t stop, I told the guy working the front desk as I was leaving around 6:30AM and when I came back in the evening it hadn’t been fixed. I didn’t eat the breakfast, although it looked about average. Overall, this hotel is ok for the price but certainly nothing special. It’s a bit worn and tattered. Although I didn’t use the shuttle it’s close to the airport so if you need a quick overnight stay, it would be fine. There are some decent restaurants down the street about half a mile or so. "

"Shuttle drivers a bit rude and condescending. I waited nearly a hour for the shuttle at the airport since nowhere did they say during booking that you’re expected to call for shuttle service. (Even then, it took over 20 mins before they showed up.) Then I was told different things about services to the airport. Their communication was horrible and they made it sound like it was my fault they screwed up.. Room was ok I guess but entire hallway looked like a tornado came thru and was never cleaned. It had strange white particles from wall to wall, but there was no evidence of work being done. Don’t know what they expect you to do with your towels but there were NO towel racks available. No wall switches for lighting in bedroom and only lamp switches (of the ones that worked) were hard to find -especially in the dark! Bed wasn’t even made properly. It had the sheet on top of the comforter. (Why???) Elevators were at opposite end of building from lobby - about a 250 ft distance in the huge building. The placed lived down to its two star rating."

"The hotel is under construction, more noise than expected. The room was clean but found rotten food inside little fridge. Left medication in the room, contacted hotel a couple of hours after leaving and was told room was already cleaned and nothing was found. Not planning to stay there again. "

"Couldn’t even stay, was stuck at Philly airport overnight, no one would pick up phone to confirm if the room was actually available that night. No 24/7 shuttle like the listing shows, and no TSA in the middle of the night. So if I had paid for an uber to the hotel, and they turned me away, I would have been stranded for hours in the middle of the night. Now they’re arguing with me about a refund…"

"Suite is cleaned plus stocked with everything you need down to the dishes. They provide pots and pans along with dishwasher items. If you guys don’t book your missing out!. It’s very clean you won’t be disappointed at all… and it’s very quiet so quiet I was looking for other people to even say good morning to lol. Book with them you’re going to love it. 10 stars⭐️⭐️"
