The receptionist that checked me in was very warm welcoming. My room was nice and clean. I had extra towels and wash clothes. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit.
Room was clean . Gave four star because they don’t offer tea or coffee. It would be nice to have at least a warm beverage for morning. I do recommend this place.
Yes, the room was spotless and the staff were courteous. The facility was only two weeks old. However, it would be nice to have some blackout curtains.
New building. Relatively clean. Bed was…..odd. Like a camping cot. I tried to get on the WiFi for an hour. Eventually was told to call some remote tech support. And eventually got on. But when I get in at 9pm after a long day of work, I’m not looking to be doing IT. Similarly, I never got the thermostat to work. I’d turn the heat up. Nothing would happen. I’d shut it off, the thermostat would show the same frigid number. The halls were much warmer than my room. Eventually it was midnight and I had an early morning so I out on several layers of clothes and shivered for an unpleasant evening.
The front desk staff was courteous. The hotel enforces a no smoking policy, which we prefer. Pets are allowed (we don’t have one). You will need to sign for $150 fee in case of incidentals which will be reversed on departure and a ‘no party’ policy which is also enforced with a $250 fee if broken. The room was large, clean and equipped with a full size fridge, microwave, kitchen sink and small counter with a 2-burner cooktop, plenty of storage if planning to stay for an extended time, a desk, a couch and comfortable king bed. However, there was no coffee maker, cups, Kleenex or toilet paper! Had to go ask for a roll. No breakfast was available and no ice machine in the hotel (you could make your own in the ice trays in the freezer but we were not staying long enough for that). We had difficulty connecting to the wi-fi and had to call a 24/7 service to assist as it is not managed by the staff. No instructions for picking up telephone messages and the staff didn’t seem to know how to either.
As we were only staying for a night break in travel to Florida and left at 5am, it was adequate for our needs.
Front desk guy during my visit, kid with tight dreads and glasses (can’t remember his name), was excellent. You’re lucky to have a good employee with a personality in nowadays world.
Clean room and cannot beat the price. One bad thing was when someone above me was taking a shower you could really hear it. I thought mt bathroom was flooding - that’s how loud it was. Still, I give 5 stars because you get a nice room with a kitchen for a very good price.
While the hotel was nice. The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Food was left in the fridge from the previous guests, the people in the room next to me were loud all night long and then in the morning people leaving were extremely rude banging on windows and doors. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
When we first checked in the side of the bed fell. My husband removed the mattress and fixed the box spring. We ended up sleeping in the middle of the bed so we wouldn’t fall. The floor wasn’t swept good. We found chips and crumbs on the floor. There were even cut nails on the bathroom floor. The tv was smeared. It looked as if someone took a dirty cloth and wiped the tv. We will never stay here again.
The hotel was clean and the receptionist was nice. They had me sign a letter stating I would follow the rules to stay quite between 8pm-8am but ppl were playing loud music between 10pm-12am. The beds are easily movable and the walls are paper thin so I heard ppl having sex either above me or right next store pretty much all night. I don’t think I would stay here again because of all of these things. You have to pay to borrow pots, plates, cups and silverware. No coffee or tea mug you have to door dash those things. I rather pay a little more that has a lot of these things included and to be able to actually get some rest at night.
