「Overall the room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, and everything met expectations. I did notice quite a lot of insect activity in the room, which was not expected from how clean everything was. I understand that bugs are small and get into places easily, and are not necessarily an indication of a major issue, but I would suggest regular exterminator service to keep things better managed.」

「The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given.」
