「Wonderful condo with very nice open concept. Plenty of space for 3 adults and two kids. Was a very well stocked kitchen with a great location to grocery and shopping. My daughter loved the pool slides. The pool was great and the instructions were precise on what to do. Really highly recommended. 」

「4日間滞在をしました。 設備は古いですが、フルキッチンで生活する感じで過ごすには快適です。 2ベットルーム＋ソファーベッドのお部屋で、4名での滞在だった為ロールベットを入れてもらいましたが、シーツカバーが付いていなかったので結局カバー無しで利用しました。シーツカバ一も一緒に持って来てくれるか、部屋にストックがあるとよかった。ロールベット寝心地は良かったです！ また、チェックアウトが早朝だった為、フロントのスタッフが不在でどうしたらいいのかに困りました。 それ以外は、スタッフの方々はとってもフレンドリーで、とっても親切でした。嫌な印象になる対応は一切なかったです！ またカウアイに行くことがあれば利用したいと思います。」

「Everything was even better than described. This is a very comfortable and relaxed property with a lovely, beach. Communication with Kauai Vision Rentals was easy and Kathy was very responsive with all communication. I definitely will return!」

「Our stay at David's was wonderful. There was a leak in the AC when we first turned it on due to the drastic temperature change, but David immediately called and he and his daughter came by 30 minutes later to install a drip catcher panel. Shampoo/conditioner/soap all provided, as well as some dishware. Location was great, right across the street from Safeway and Wailua shave ice. Would stay here again!」

「Had everything we needed — clean rooms, comfortable beds, full kitchen, AC and elevator. The view was amazing and the property was quiet…no party people, mostly families. It literally took 1 minute to walk to the beach where there were longest chairs and a small protected bay where kids could play in the water. The location was convenient — Safeway and Ross are across the street and the Coconut Marketplace is a short drive. Dave, the property owner, was very responsive when we couldn’t get the...

「Wonderful stay, check in/out was easy. Property was as depicted in the listing and we would definitely stay here again. Great location on the island and unit was in a great location within the complex. We enjoyed the grounds and the pool and the beach very much too. We did not get to eat at the onsite restaurant but would look forward to trying it at a future visit. 」

「Great location as we didn't want to get a rental car, nicely equipped, it is convenient to restaurants and breweries, a short uber to major stores and airport. This place is 2 minor upgrades from being PERFECT! I did get a little warm in the living room so an AC in the living room and remove the tree (as pretty as it is) it blocks an incredible view from the sofa. 」

There is AC in the bedroom if you leave the door open, It will sort of cool off the living area as well, which was nice because it was a little warmer than usual the week we were here with a high humidity!I don’t think for the price you could beat the location or the amenities. Owner was always responsive and if we come back, we’d stay here again. Had some great amenities even beach chairs, which we didn’t need, but it’s great to see them there. Nice cooking...
