"Staff was were amazing, apt was perfect, would stay more if I didn't have an apt on Harley St. "

"Amazing location and loved the decor! Breakfast was a treat and always delicious. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again."

"The location was excellent, the area was high-quality, the comfort was fantastic, and the service was very good. It was a great experience, and I would choose this hotel again in the future."

"Beautiful hotel, comfortable & clean rooms and excellent lounge service, with smooth check-in and check-out. Service and child friendly areas lacking, and small details like reception not picking up the phone, unresponsive room service, niece being given food with allergen when stated clearly before. For a hotel of this standard and price, much greater care is needed, particularly with food allergies."

"This is a gorgeous hotel in the heart of everything. Service was the best! We loved it!"

"Excellent staff"

"Amazing service. Great location. Clean quiet rooms."

"Great location and staff was very friendly"

"Very excellent hotel and spa facilities."

"Staff is wonderful, very helpful when our car did not show up for our ride to the airport. They had a taxi there for us in 2 minutes. Great place to stay!"

"There were places to eat nearby and in the heart of central London; it was a quiet area, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, with everything needed to make the stay go smoothly. The staff were all helpful and nice, offering tea or a drink. The hotel is worthy of 5 star. Please be aware that they do keep 150 pounds per night as incidental, return once all is well at the end of the stay."

"A fantastic hotel, great location, friendly staff"

"The Dorchester is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The property is beautiful, the staff was very attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable."

"A great hotel in a great location with great staff"

"We keep coming to this hotel as perfect location, clean and best thing they have nice speciality cafe on the ground floor"

"Fantastic hotel, our second visit and very dog friendly. Super comfortable rooms and great central location"

"From our welcome by very kind uniformed doormen to our early and thorough check-in by front-desk staff, until our final departure we were treated in the most respectful manner. The décor was beyond gorgeous, with a variety of textures and colors that were delightfully pleasing. The rooms were exquisite and one of the finest that we have ever experienced! While it is expensive, it paid dividends in comfort, convenience, and high quality."
