Clean and quiet room. Friendly staff. Could use more surface area to hold things in bathroom and machine in room did not dry clothes properly

Marsden Stay Rotorua
The shampoo dispenser was empty. Body wash was filled with less than 1/8 full. No air iconditioning in room. Only a fan was supplied. Reception closes after 5pm so can't check-in late.
