「Nice place」

「Can't understand what's so prestigous about it, fairly average really. Location is awful, name misleading. Set by a landfill site. Restaurant ok. Bathroom was nice.」

「They forgot for housekeeping. When I check out, I asked to keep my luggage, but they did not store, they just left at reception desk where i put as it is. No one took care, and I was lucky it was not stolen. Terrible and unbelievable.」

「Overall the stay was fine, nothing alarming. Hotel looked really nice as we entered. However, the quality and standard of rooms were below expectations of a high reviewed/ star hotel. One example being the bathroom, shower heads were not consistent in the water pressure and so caused a lot of spraying all across. 「Simple, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. A bit worn in places (furniture, ceiling), bed a little sagging, kettle a bit grotty, and water pressure inconsistent, but all in all fine. Close to numerous supermarkets and walking trails and next to the worthwhile Dock Museum. 」
