Loved my room, but is a bit of a rabbit warren, so hard to find rooms. Biggest complaint is that there is no room service. As a woman by herself, wanted to have some dinner in the privacy of her own room.

The staff were not helpful and the breakfast menu was limited. The bed was very uncomfortable, it didn't help when the people in the next room kept me awake at 04.30 arguing and shouting. Checked out sooner than expected and the staff on duty were very rude. I will not be staying there again
