「Hotel states breakfast available but it wasnt」

「The room looked better than the photos online. It was spotless and everything was just right - the linens, the carpet, the water temperature in the shower. Sam was an amazing host - when there was an issue with the booking and I encountered issues trying to resolve it with the booking platform - she was helpful and reassuring. My stay was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious - loved the granary bread and I forgot to ask Sam about the coffee - exceptional blend, I want to buy some....

「Bathroom was a bit small , the toilet was squeezed in beside the bath with not much room, shower leaked and bath plug did not work」
