"Easily one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful and very well thought out property. Everything felt intentional from the furniture to the decorations and amenities. They really went above and beyond to provide a luxurious stay without exorbitant prices. The staff put in extra effort to help with any requests and were very accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again."

Due to my height and hip pain, I had difficulty getting in and out of the tub. What would have helped is if there were more handrails. Otherwise, I would highly recommend Hotel Granvia Kyoto to all my friends."
