「The location was very ideal for what we were there for the place needs to be uplifted. The furniture outside was old. The pillows were dirty and dated the rooms needed to be updating. The staff was extremely very nice and helpful. They definitely brighten the place up. Relaxing around the pool area was extremely nice. Just need to update their furniture.」

「I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The biggest challenge was finding it at first, as it’s located on the 4th floor of a hospital, which was a bit confusing. The property also feels somewhat outdated. That said, I only stayed for one night, and my experience was generally positive. 「This place was rather scary. The clerk was behind glass! No elevator and very narrow stairs! The bolt lock on our door was broken. There were no amenities of any kind. Very tiny bathroom with small shower. No soap or shampoo available, the shower had containers for them, but they were empty! 「The vallet guys were awesome and the front desk as well , my only issue is that we were in the 10th floor , right below the restaurant so we can here everything all day all night and the room was next to the elevator. Also they never changed my bed sheets not once other than that the hotel and location were beautiful.」

Got a hidden $25 fee after Expedia claimed to have all expenses covered so be weary. Showers are very crammed and have a lot of water spill out. I’d say 3/5 rating. Recommended for those who want to save money on a trip, don’t expect the best.」

「Overall the staff was very polite and helpful. However the last day there was a young guy I can’t recall his name. I made a verbal complain to him at the time of check out. he as playing at his phone not paying attention to the environment. I said good morning and he didn’t reply, ignoring me. This guy as I said to him is in the wrong position. The rest of the staff very polite and helpful.」
