「The location was great and the apartment was clean, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our overall experience was mixed. Communication from the host was unresponsive, the kitchen sink wasn’t working during our stay, and there was significant noise from a neighboring unit. The checkout process was also not very smooth. With better communication and maintenance, this could be a much better stay.」

「The apartment was very spacious and the people who worked there were very helpful. It is also located very conveniently and near metro lines. The bed needs to be replaced because it slumps into the middle and is very lumpy. The listing says it is on floor three but it up 4 flights of steep stairs. There is also no air conditioning and the water heater is small so take quick showers!」

「VRBO states in two locations it’s a king size bed. It’s not it’s a double. We arrive to no power in the unit, had to figure things out and try to sort out the fuse panel which one fuse was flipped. Next morning power was out again for approx 4 hours. Since it was early around 7:30 am had a hard time getting a hold of someone to assist. The washer and dryer and bathroom set up was great. Furniture for the most part was uncomfortable. 」

「Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.」
