「WE had a lovely time staying here on our honeymoon. IT is a great Neighbourhood and Olivier was great to communicate with and recommended an amazing restaurant」

「Vrbo10/10Posted Jul 12, 2026Oliver was a great host and made himself available if we needed anything, though we didn’t, The apartment was well equipped and provided everything we needed and the location was great as it was near shops, restaurants, grocery stores and the metro. I would highly recommend this place for travelers.」

「We had a wonderful time here. The place was very clean, great location to be able to walk to see all the sites. You also have access around the corner to everything and anything you would need. Groceries, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, etc. The host is so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed, checked in regularly and provided us with all the info we needed to make our travels around Paris unforgettable. BIG thank you!」

「Great location. Quiet side street, yet close to plenty of amenities: groceries, bars, restaurants. Walking distance to the centre of town, if you’re a good walker (30 to 45 minutes). Very easy access to public transportation. The host is very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need (hot plates & microwave for a few meals at home), but with all the restaurants close by you probably won’t want to do much of that. There is even a great...

「This is a wonderful apartment in a great area (quiet too!) with bars, restaurants, easy Metro access. The owner has decorated with a lot of creative and unique art. The kitchen has everything you need. The apartment sits in a courtyard that one must pass through two locking doors to access, so it was very safe. Nice neighbors too. Olivier was very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately our flight was canceled so we had to take a flight that arrived after midnight. Olivier checks in guests in...

「One of the best Vrbo properties we’ve stayed at. Spent a 4- night stay as a family of four- and everything about the property was five star- location, comfort (few of Paris rentals with really good air conditioning ), spacious places - esp if you have grown kids- you’d have room to sprawl out a bit. The patio was a great highlight for us, fully equipped kitchen for quick breakfast if you want a lazy start in the AM and just down from the apartment steps away are so many restaurants and stores -...

「The apartment was clean, the host clearly communicated instructions and the location was incredibly convenient- close to the Parmentier metro stop so SUPER easy to travel around Paris. We felt very safe with the 4 parallel deadbolts securing the door. Loved being in the middle of a neighborhood. Highly recommend!」

「The apartment is very ideal for a visit to Paris. The apartment is nestled in the back of a courtyard on a rather quiet block in the 8th Arr just steps away from the Champs Elysee.Very clean, very beautiful interior. Natural sunlight. It’s very quiet so not recommended for people who are looking to be loud and or party. Check in and check out was rather simple. I had such a positive stay that I would absolutely come back again! Definitely recommend staying here. 100%.」
