"There was a large sign for the location of the hotel inside the Frankfurt station that was visible from a distance, which was helpful.
Being able to check in online in advance was very efficient and convenient. Moreover, the digital check-in system allowed me to pick up my key at the guest terminal without having to go through the front desk staff, which was convenient, although one of the joys of traveling is having a brief conversation with the staff at the front desk of each hotel. So it was a little lonely, but it was efficient.
The room was spacious and functional. The complimentary bottles of drinking water in the room, and a refrigerator that can be used were also appreciated.
When checking out the next day, I asked the front desk if they could store my luggage while I visited the Goethe-House, and the female staff member cheerfully agreed with a smile, saying, “Ja, natürlich!” This is a hotel with absolutely no complaints."
