I would recommend to request the 5th floor. There is a mini golf course directly in front of the hotel and the noise level is high into the night. Lovely hotel (modern) on Uferpromenade- we splurged extra for ocean view and it was worth it- very supportive and kind staff, nice pool, delicious fod (with vegetarian options- could have more)

Fantastic hotel, we had a room with balcony and view to the baltic see. Very comfortable apartment with enough cooking facilities for a weeks family holiday. SEETELHOTEL Ostseeresidenz Bansin
Fantastic hotel for a family stay. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view of the water so we could watch the sunrise each morning. Pool is also very good, beach is 100m away and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
