The hotel looks a little underwhelming from the outside, the inside has kept most of its period charges. The staff are friendly and helpful, and can speak other languages. The room was clean and tidy with excellent quality bedding. Only a few minor things we expected a coffee machine but got a kettle. And the fan in the bathroom was not working. The location was good very close to the main market square and shops.

Always love staying here. The location is perfect and the staff (the staff specifically the Spanish lady). She has been there for a while but I can’t remember her name. She is so nice and knows everything about the hotel and the area

Great historical property, well maintained, with the old world charm. Nice bar with the live piano music on the premises several times per week. Close to the thermal baths, thermal springs, kurhaus (performance center), and the pedestrian area. Breakfast is a bit expensive, but there are excellent bakeries and cafes nearby.
