Although bedsheet not change but can understand on reducing waste. On breakfast, nice cosy embience and F&B staff are hardworking and friendly. Food are great! Pls keep improving creative improvement to rooms, front office and F&B. "

"Nice little hotel with friendly staff and easy access to public transportation (tram stop across the street). The RhineCenter mall is one tram stop away and there are several restaurants within walking distance, as well as a good restaurant at the hotel. The street noise is loud with the windows open, but it is quiet with them closed. The hardest part for my husband was navigating the stairs (no elevator). We would stay again!"
